I bet VHS resolution, augmented by HDR and/or Dolby Vision, will look real nice on your smart watch and pretty fair on your smartphone. With the content being only 10 minutes long or less, you won't have to endure any of it for very long besides. It will all balance out nicely.

, so you better find yourself a nice pair of earbuds...and fast. You will only need a mono earpiece as they will be reducing the streamed audio files to mono in order to save even more bandwidth and more $$.
I'll take this one step further; they just might eliminate audio altogether and only supply subtitles. They'll be rolling in high clover with savings that huge!
