That's one thing that made Blu-ray hard for me at first, I have perfect eye sight but the sharper picture at first made me dizzy and the explosions in some movies would be like a bloody flash from a camera and would make me squint for a few seconds.

Sharper and Brighter will tend to give a movie a few too many flaws with some titles.

Apart from higher picture and sound quality what decent features does blu-ray offer, not many really "BD-LIVE" oh woopety do, useless IMHO.



Most people I know don't like the motion judder that blu-ray features, sure it's the same as what's shown at a movie theater, but they prefer the modified smooth sped up DVD version, it's what they're used to.

and 1080p 24p is similar but nothing like the real workings of a cinema film projector, not even close.
