I use a Boost Mobile hot spot to get online. Been using it for about a year now.

All of a sudden today the case popped open.
No matter how hard I try I can't get it to snap back closed.

1. What would cause that to happen?
2. Is it safe to continue to use or should I contact Boost for a replacement?

FYI: It still works just fine.
