Hi there,

I have a question. A lot of movies back in the 80's that were filmed using the Panavision process and some of those movies had special 70mm blow ups created for specific theatres.

According to IMDb the aspect ratio changes from 2.35:1 to 2.20:1 for the 70mm print.

Now does that mean that the frame has been slightly cropped or merely stretched upwards to accomodate the frame?
