I just rented Die Hard with a Vengeance from Netflix. The disc appears to be scratch free, but it's freezing in several different places. The time on the disc keeps running, but the picture and audio are frozen.

I have the Sony BDP-S350 with .015 firmware, connected HDMI 1.3a (video) and optical audio. Receiver is part of Sony HTDDW-660, that decodes DTS and Dolby Digital.

Any thoughts? I've requested a replacement disc from Netflix, so we'll see.
