I don't have the disc, but since it's also from Entertainment One (changed from Fox) and has the same extras, I would assume it's locked. For what it's worth, both the back cover and the disc art also have the Region B symbol:

Sorry I can't be of more help, I know what it's like to want information about a Blu-ray that it seems no one has.
