Well belive what you want, but I can say that he is in fact kinda wealthy, he get's the start up cash from his Dad, and he invests it homes that he buys and resells, ( we currently live in one). But I can say that he is generous free rent!
, at least to me which is great seeing as how I'm still in school, but like I said he's a good guy if you get to know him, really helpful too in technical issues.
