My parents bought one last year and I think we are having some issues or just now noticing it. But it's starting to flicker when you first start it up, for like the first 5-10 mins. Then it goes back to normal, solid. By flicker, I mean get a little dark, then bright. It does this in all input modes, no matter what the source is. Is this normal for the DLP, that where just now noticing it or is it going to crawl up and die? We have the extended warranty, so we are good.
