It is frustrating this is being held up due to rights costs. If Arrow had released "Between Night and Dawn" consisting of Season of the Witch, The Crazies and Martin (with Vanilla possibly as a special feature?) it would have been a much stronger set and also a far better seller. Perhaps Arrow considered releasing it at a premium price and decided against it.

As it's a 4:3 image on the DVD it should always be non-anamorphic anyway as there are no black bars wasting data (i.e. Letterbox).
