My 2018 favs are as follow-

1.Annihilation
2.Revenge (not an official 2018 one but netflix)
3.Tom Clancy's Jack Ryan (not a film but Amz prime series)
4.Cobra Kai (not a film but YT Red series)
5.The Favourite
6.Sicario: Day of the Soldado
7.Bad Times at the El Royale
8.The Ballad of Buster Scruggs
9.Beirut
10.The Other Side of the Wind

and MCU films - Infinity War/Ant-Man and the Wasp/Deadpool 2.

EDIT; UPGRADE definitely need to be in this list; one of the best thriller films of 2018.
