I have disputed a couple of items I had mail-ordered that never showed up. I gave it a couple of months before disputing it because I thought the items might show up. It is possible your business might be the victim of some criminal ring, though chargebacks seems like real penny-ante stuff. Maybe the economy is forcing people to cheat at the edges a little more.
