It's still not working today. I sent Zavvi a message through the contact us feature on their website explaining the issue and with a screenshot of the basket in each 2 & 2 case (working) and the 2 & 3 (not working) case. No idea what sort of response I'll get, but I figured it was worth a shot.
Edit: I got a reply back stating that they raised the issue with the appropriate team and were waiting to hear back from them. Please give them up to 3 days.
