Please help me, ive done research and i am still stumped. I got the onkyo 606 ,polk rm650's and a ps3 with 2 hdmi cables. I got one hdmi from my receive to the ps3 and an hdmi in from the tv to hdmi out of the receiver.

Now my problem is with the polks. Im lost on speaker wire, i have some regular old monster speaker wire and having a tought time splitting the wieres and sticking them in. How come its so hard?and i dont see any cable for the subwoofer where it says subout on the receiver.

Is there a step by step to how to set this up? i really suck at audio. thanks for any help
