Am I understaning this correctly? Yc-b/c-r is to bitstreamed audio as RGB is to LPCM audio?
I'm an audio nut much more so than a video nut.

I was messing around, with RGB and Yc/Bc settings while watching Mission Impossible 3.
I dont see a difference between RGB limited and Y Pb/cb.
RGB full however, it is more bright, the dark tones are more dark, which makes it less detailed. I couldnt see Ving Rhames's face in one scene.
And on the beginning of the bridge scene, the color of the asfalt was too bright and because of it, there was less detail.
Couldnt see a difference between RGB limited and Y Pb/Cb. It looked the same to me.
Plus, Y Pb/Cb also has a Y Pb/Cb Pr/Cr superwhite option, which you can turn on and off. It is off by default, I also couldnt see a difference when I turned the option on.
Could someone explain what this 'superwhite' option is, please?
I ended up leaving the Y Pb/Cb Pr/Cr , RGB option at automatic. And Automaticly it chooses Y Pb/Cb Pr/Cr, with superwhite turned 'off'.
I have a 26", so that might be a reason that I couldnt see much difference between the options.
What you guys think is the best choice?

The only place I know of, where you can acces 'limited/full' setting when watching a BD movie, press traingle, on the menu there is a 'AV settings' button. There you get these options.
