I went to a showing this afternoon. The featurette before the movie consisted of about 9 minutes of interviews with Ralph Macchio/William Zabka/Martin Kove and about 3 minutes of clips from the YouTube TV show.
If I had to guess, it was satellite. Although it was advertised on Fathom’s website as “sourced from 2019's 4K restoration”, it didn’t have the detail you would expect if it was a 4K DCP. It ended with the Fathom logo. There was no DCP listed for it on
cinema.dcinema.com
Searching Twitter for technical issues that might confirm it was satellite, I found this tweet:
