I'm going to disagree with you on this one. Once the email is sent from our email server, it's up to your ISP to deliver the message. ISPs will not acknowledge that they can block emails for whatever reason on their end. It's likely that our emails have bounced back several times when we have attempted to reach you. PM me your email address on Vudu and I can have someone check your email address on our side.

I sent him my email address and now I wait. I really don't have high hopes. I have dealt with FelipeF before. He will ask me to PM my email or ticket number and then I never hear from him again on that issue.
I don't know of any other company that has this issue. What are they doing wrong? The problem is definitely not on our end.
