Sorry if this does not belong here but I didn't see anywhere else to put it.

I've been working on my vinyl collection and have noticed on ebay that there are TONS of them from Brazil, Argentina, South Korea, and a few others. The albums in question seem to be the ones that are more rare. Are these bootleg recordings and/or lower quality? They charge a lot more for them and the shipping is borderlline ridiculous.
