Pretty simple. List what you found the most surprising (whether it was an award winner, or just something they did), and the least surprising thing (whether it was an award, or something they did).

For me:

Most surprising: Penn winning for Milk.

Least surprising: Ledger winning for The Dark Knight.

Honorable mention: Charlton Heston seemed to get very little reaction from the crowd, when they played the video showing the people who passed away in the past year (surprising); Paul Newman got the biggest reaction (not surprising).
