Hi, I have an ol' AIWA 5.1 receiver with a 60W powered subwoofer that one day decides not to output any audio (Just when I get a
Top Gun BD). I tried swapping the RCA cable with another but there is still nothing.
When I hold the RCA plug near the receiver's terminal, a loud buzz comes from the subwoofer, so I'm assuming there is a signal going through.
Is there another way to test which component is in error before I splurge on another subwoofer (or receiver?
)
