Yeah -- if it was sent media mail it's probably filtering through. That crap can take 3-4 weeks to arrive.
I don't even offer it as an option anymore when I'm selling (I felt so sorry for my customers). If they ask for it, I'll usually just eat the additional cost and send it First Class anyways.
