Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 5 is playable off the disc (but I've heard it's drastically different with a patch).
The Hitman games do not require an internet connection to play the main campaign (more details in spoiler).
[Show spoiler]Hitman: The Complete First Season includes the single-player campaign on the disc.
Hitman: Definitive Edition is missing the last episode on the disc.
Hitman 2 includes the single-player campaign on the disc.
Both Hitman games arbitrarily require an online connection for certain features such as additional targets, weapons, and insertion points. An online connection is also required for all score-keeping.
