Glad to hear MATEWAN is coming to blu-ray. It's a well-informed historical piece
conveying the political reality of its period setting, and a true American classic.
I hope Criterion will follow up with John Sayle's only other masterwork, the
contemporary western LONE STAR (1996) also starring Chris Cooper.
