If you have a Dolby Vision capable display, then yes, it's worth it. You'll basically see a brighter HDR picture that better utilises the dynamic range of your display, on Dolby Vision discs. Ditto for HDR10+ although that's less supported on the display side.
Don't expect to see a huge difference on standard BD or non-DoVi or non-HDR10+ titles though.
Except for... the Xbox One S at least (can't vouch for the other models) seem to skip a frame every 20-30 minutes or so. But it sounds like that hasn't bothered you this far.
