i currently use lucas extreme duty gun oil. it's what came with my 1911 from the factory; so i decided to order some more and use that for lubricating.

for cleaning, i've been using clp for a bit. and while it's good, i was thinking of changing to a single-purpose cleaner like hoppe's #9.

I heard decent things about Hoppes and Remington as well. Haven't tried either but I'm always down for trying new stuff. I did order some of those Remington wipes to wipe down my rifles. I'll look into that LSA stuff.

So I was looking at this was the stuff that I was using in conjunction with CLP overseas.
