BUT, there wasn't a lot to make it a true Rambo movie in my book. You could have cast Liam Neeson or Arnie and changed Rambo's name and it would have been the same movie.
As a gritty B-movie, it's top notch. But as a Rambo flick, I'd put it in fourth place just above Rambo III.

I'd put it above 3, just because I find 3 to be overall the weakest of the earlier films but totally agree that this really wet my slasher schlocky B-action movie whistle. The ending was over the top awesome, but the rest of it was pretty weak.
Don't even get me started on all of the other characters.
