So i need a little help setting this up properly. when adjusting these do you have to keep the speakers frequency response in mind? the current setup i have now is
Subwoofer = Yes
Front = 60 hz
Center = 80hz
Surround = 80hz
LPF of LFE = 120Hz
Double Bass = off
im using RTi10 mains- 20 Hz - 27000 kHz
monitor 30 rears- 63 to 24000 Hz
Paradigm cc-70 center- "100hz to 20hz"

The answer to your question is yes. You must take the frequency response of the speakers in mind.
Your front and surrounds crossovers are ok. The LPF crossover of 120Hz is ok too.
You need to set the crossover of the center channel to 100Hz or 120Hz as your center speaker's low frequency response is 100Hz.
On the back of the sub, make sure the crossover is set to its highest point.
