It may not be that kind of situation. Like I said, the summons was dated about a week before the error was discovered, and the document doesn't specifically say I'm being evicted, just that I'm to appear in court for non-payment. This is an open and shut case but I'm considering hiring a lawyer if only so I can establish a relationship and retain them for future issues. I mean, taking me to court because they thought I was late ONE month?
