I am trying to talk to tech support about an A/V Sync issue. On their site it says the 506 has A/V Sync. I dont have it on my menu settings. Just trying to get answers. Maybe you guys can help me instead...

I will never buy an Onkyo product again because of their poor customer service. I even spoke to two of their managers about the issue I was having, and both were also unprofessional. They make good products, but I won't buy them again because of the poor experiences I've had with them.
