Get the DVD.
The BD offers Dolby TrueHD French 5.1 and Dolby Digital French 2.0 but the only subtitles are English Subtitled For the Hearing Impaired. That means that not only are there subtitles for the dialogue but for sound effects and music. It gets really irritating when you watch the Coen Brothers segment as most of the image is obscured by subtitles. The only extra is a featurette.
On the other hand, the two disc DVD can be bought for the same price and has Dolby Digital & DTS French 5.1 sound and proper English subtitles. It also has making-of specific featurettes on the short films on disc two.
The only BD I have ever truly regret buying.
