Tried to buy from them once when Shout Factory's edition of Swamp Thing went OOP, they had it listed as in stock for $19.99. I placed my order, got confirmation, they charged my ccard and then nothing. I waited for a few days kept checking the order status which just kept saying 'Processing'. Then a week goes by and I look at the listing which now says out of stock. So I emailed them and no response. Luckily my payment was via paypal so I was able to dispute the transaction but it still took a month before anything was resolved. So yes buyer beware on ordering from them. My first and only experience wasn't pleasant so I doubt I will order from them again. Needless to say because they often have OOP titles but can be had for a good price.
