The thing is though, i use the 6ch into my front two speakers + subs. The receiver is used to run the centers and rears and needs plenty of power to keep up.
The reason/s i do this is the bass, it's simply jaw dropping since i removed the plate amps. The other main reason is i listened to a lot of music (more than movies), am now finding though it's more 50/50. I neither have the space nor the funds to shell out those $$$ again
for another power amp.
