I think there will be a sixth (and final) set, because we know Scream have The Black Castle. It will either be all 50s or mostly 50s, but we know Kino have one 50s title, which I suspect will be Curse of the Undead (they have two new-to-disc 1959 films in the deal). If this is so, it would leave the following 50s films available to Scream:
The Black Castle
Curucu, Beast of the Amazon
Cult of the Cobra
The Thing That Couldn't Die
I don't see Scream going back and doing the remaining 30s and 40s stuff, at least not for a long long time (they said something about going chronologically a while back, so that would seem to suggest they're pressing on). Here's what's left other than those mentioned above (to my knowledge):
Murder by the Clock (Paramount)
Secret of the Blue Room
Terror Aboard (Paramount)
Double Door (Paramount)
Menace (Paramount)
The Mystery of Edwin Drood
The Missing Guest
The Mad Doctor (Paramount)
The Mystery of Marie Roget
Flesh and Fantasy
One Body Too Many (Paramount)
The Man In Half Moon Street (Paramount)
The Unseen (Paramount)
The Cat Creeps
The Spider Woman Strikes Back
Most of those left don't have DVD releases, and the Kino Insider said this:

As for 30s horror title Kino 'might' have, it will surely be either The Mystery of Edwin Drood or Secret of the Blue Room, which would again make the prospect of another 30s/40s set unlikely.
