Not an expert here chiming in, but I'm assuming they're okay to some degree if used correctly. In other words using disposable gloves once and then discarding them after each use. Also not touching the eyes, mouth, and ears with them. The problem is many people try to recycle their use to save money and also can't help to not touch their face with them. And glove quality may matter as well, such as thicker nitrile ones that don't rip or puncture as easily. The key point again may come down to 'proper use'.
