agree 100%, on the other hand you have to realize it is a report on consumer reports finding, they always go with the cheapest route. I find them saying that if you have HD then you should get BD (And upscaling is not good enough) far outweighed that little part, after all HDTVs are becoming more and more prevalent and people with SDTVs probably are not buying anything.
