I am very pleased with the transfer which at first glance appears very clean. Of note, the aspect ratio is 1.66 which is better IMHO since that respects the original framing. The audio is dolby digital mono.
The French version has no subtitles and the english version has French subtitles only but they can be turned off. I did notice a bit of dialogue in German so without subtitles English speakers will miss a bit but if I recall ( havent seen the film in years) there's not much German.
On a down note, some of the supplements are not in high def despite being on the blu-ray disc. Consequently I can only hear the audio and see a black screen on my Panasonic Blu-Ray player. Must be in PAL. However, oddly on my LG200 I can see the video for the supplements. Supplements are in French only.

Yes, the extras are in PAL but you should be able to handle them with the LG. I would try to put up a review on the site soon (I've moved quite a bit of the French titles aside now in order to catch up).
