I have a second Pioneer Blu-ray player connected to a 400lb legacy 65" Sony XBR that only has component inputs, as it was made before the advent of HDMI. I have audio connected via analog outputs into the 7.1 inputs into the receiver so I can receive lossless sound. Just waiting for Pioneer firmware upgrade whereby I can receive DTS-HD MA audio. Dolby TrueHD sounds good though, but can't wait for DTS-HD MA.

The picture is 1080i and having this set professionally calibrated a while back has kept the picture looking good. The picture looks a little better than what I receive via DirecTV on their HD channels but it doesn't quite compare to the 1080p picture on my newer DLP set but the black levels are great.
