The Funi Disc disc has both the 2001 Dub, original English Dub, Hypersonic mix(JPN), and regular subtitles. However, the hypersonic mix on the Funi disc is padded with zeros so not really 24-bit whereas, the Bandi disc is, which is why it's a bigger audio file. Similarly the dubs on the Funi disc are really 16-bit not 24.

Hope that helps.
Interesting information about 24-bit audio. I just noticed the 16 vs 24-bit difference when comparing BDinfos. There seems to be approx. 4 Mbps difference (on average).

According to BDinfos:

new UHD BD hyper sonic track is only 16-bit
Code:
Dolby TrueHD Audio Japanese 10157 kbps 5.1 / 192 kHz / 9517 kbps / 16-bit (AC3 Embedded: 5.1 / 48 kHz / 640 kbps / DN -31dB)
whereas old BD (UK The Collector's Edition) hyper sonic track is 24-bit
Code:
Dolby TrueHD Audio Japanese 14340 kbps 5.1 / 192 kHz / 14340 kbps / 24-bit (AC3 Embedded: 2.0 / 48 kHz / 192 kbps / Dolby Surround)
