Life on Mars (2006) UK TV series I think was shot 16mm or Super 16 according to what I've read.
Pride and Prejudice (1995) UK TV series was shot on Super-16 I've read.
I think some bits of Planet Earth were shot in 16mm - but mostly with HD video cameras.
