Is it possible today?

Possible to make feasible? I have a few examples:

Clint Eastwood Signature Collection (61 Movies, 7 in DVDs)

Coleção "A Mosca" (The Fly Collection, 1BD with 2 Movies + 2 Movies in DVDs)

Versatil's PT Anderson Essential (3 Movies, 2BD, 1DVD)
