One of the co-creators, David Lee, reportedly said, "We use four cameras and film in front of a studio audience. Each camera has a different shot, i.e. closeup, two shot, master. 'Frasier' is shot on film, not on videotape."

If that is indeed true, that it was shot on film, then it can be remastered onto Blu-ray like Pride and Prejudice has been.

I hope they bring it out soon, even if they just release the first season to test how much demand there is for Frasier on Blu-ray.
