Yes. Not expecting them to actually dispatch it until December, which would be rude enough by itself, never mind the fact they took payment a couple of weeks back! I am guessing it is listed as "Available Now" in error, and that this 'error' explains the early charges.
For some reason (probably sourcing stock), Warner kicked all non-US releases back to the end of November/mid December. WBshop have worse customer service and communication than Zavvi, though, so I am not expecting them to provide any useful information...
