Try the highly underrated show Marco Polo on Netflix.
But yeah, there aren't many shows with this level of production design.
There is a clear drop in quality starting in season 7, where things start to feel rushed and the show loses much of what made it special. But there are still some amazing episodes in seasons 7 and 8.
