This must be from the manufacturing process right? The cases are going through some kind of cooling spray, or the machine they’re going through sprays them with something to keep them from sticking together. I know some people have mentioned that the plastic is “off-gassing” but I’ve been noticing this since my very first two UHDs (THE MATRIX and PREDATOR) and I don’t notice the problem again after I’ve wiped them clean.
I had this issue as well with both SPACEBALLS and THE GOOD, THE BAD, AND THE UGLY. Maybe some labels are better about cleaning the cases before packaging the discs than others. Clearly Kino isn’t very good about it.
