[Show spoiler]What was really cool was to see how much the Star Trek Enterprise D went for (the one from Next Generation) - It sold for $500,000.00 dollars! Simply amazing!
Another neat thing was seeing the people there happy and excited to own a piece of television history. Way cool. I am glad Paramount didn't just trash it.
Anyways, I think Star Trek will live on forever for many generations to come. Hopefully one day it may be resurrected and made new/fresh again. Until that day, I will enjoy it on dvd/blu-ray. I guess the reason everyone loved it is because people wanted to really believe it could happen or be real. I know I did. To yearn for something like that to be possible within our lifetimes is simply amazing. |
Saw this last night. Pretty interesting stuff how they put it all together. Pretty amazing at the end when they show some of the personal collections people have at their homes.
Some of those people have lots of MONEY!
