I've heard on Youtube and read online that there are still stores in the US that have shelves filled with the Mario ones. I imagine there'll be some Zelda ones too this time around.
Although if it's sold out online, I'd say the best bet is to check your local stores and have them hold one for you when they come in stock there, that way you're covered.
