Dude, given what I'm reading on here of what your into I don't know if you can handle Martyrs. I've seen both the R-rated and unrated versions and even the R-rated one was a tough watch.
If you can handle The Texas Chainsaw Massacre (both versions) why not try The Hills Have Eyes (both versions).
