As much as i loved the original 2 movies and i even liked 4 ,5 and 6, and H20, I love this new take (minus the lame 2018 movie).
I felt like this is how you do a modern take on a slasher icon . Michael definitely isnt a normal man and that was established really well in this one.

That is a lazy theory but at least you gave one for Michael's unkillability LOL. I think it's because his parents went cheap with the mask they bought it for him when he was a kid at a dollar store and wanted something better LOL. Maybe the kids were calling him Michael Bolton?
