Dubbing continues on the four special sets-- we should have all the dubs done tomorrow for the four discs going out right now and have the rest shipping this week.
It looks like Aesops Volume 1 is going to beat Flip the Frog out to replication at this point by several weeks- we're in the final stretch of that project too and I'm putting most of my time into finishing it while waiting for other aspects of Flip are being finished. My goal is to try and get Aesops to replication by Mid-month. If we can manage that the next titles sent together will be Missing Links!, Grotesqueries bonus disc, Paris Ooh-La-La (Party Disc #2), Rainbow Parade special booster set and Aesop’s Fables Volume 1, in late February.
I wanted to get a batch of special sets out before announcing a project that's actually been in progress for a while but is coming together:
The 'Official' (replicated) Little King Blu-ray!
This set will cap off the three black and white "character" series by Van Beuren, and a really nice upgrade from the DVD versions of the films. A great addition to the set is 'Marching Along' from the original camera negative- one of two films on the set in 35mm (so far-- more if we get lucky). Six films are already cleaned up of the 12 on the set... so we'll have it done most likely in early summer. For pre-orders there's a special disc with raw scans of multiple prints used on the set.
