The deleted scenes, gag reel and commentary are available on D+
Plus the IMAX enhanced version.
Still missing are:
"Immortalized" featurette (10:45)
"Walks of Life" featurette (5:01)
But like you said, there's a 57 minute Assembled episode about the movie.
