No, I wasn't kidding. Not having ever seen any cut, I'm not familiar with this one.
There's no entry (that I see) for this movie at:
http://www.movie-censorshp.com. I tried searching with the Italian title "Addio zio Tom" as well.
I do now see the different run times at IMDB in the
Tech Specs section, but no details on what the extra footage is.
